hi i've just been real busy with work and stuff, but its been goin okay uwu, i finished up what i can on that big work project and it actually passed snuff with the higher ups at work,
the only downside is that a change introduced by some other people were interfering!!! but that's beyond me and i don't gotta deal with it anymore since i actually got the main thing workin
yippee!!!!! so now im workin on a bunch of other stuff that piled up for the month and a half that i was workin on that one project, which is a fair bit but it seems to be rather small stuff.
just haven't had the time or brainspace to look at programming stuff outside of work, but i didn't forget forever! that's what counts uwu
i don't have work on halloween so i'm
excited to do nothing all weekend and maybe get a lil drunk or whatever hehe okay that's all goodbye goodnight i love you

I'm trying to keep things visually the same because I quite liked how I designed it before, but little things here and there might change!
hi!!!!! im thinkin i'll do one of these on my saturdays if i remember, but don't worry if i forget because i sure will i bet. i've been workin on a big project
at work that i won't get into, but i printed out one of these lil tickets which i had fun setting up and doing!! i coded the entire program to turn a bunch of characters
through a serial input to get turned into some printer data and send that over to an attached lil sticker printer. aside from that, i haven't been up to much outside of work.
however, i did buy some nice new furniture i put together today, which was pretty fun, and now i have a big bookshelf with a lot of my stuff on it.
i really wanna start
back up on some personal projects (gamedev, art in general, little crafts) but it's so so so hard to do that when i work 40 hours a week!!! who woulda guessed???
i'm pretty excited about the new bookshelf tho which sounds very strange because 5 years ago i would be like "why would i be excited about furniture" but then i saw an ottoman
at the store today and was like "this would be so good under my window i gotta buy it" and now i have one and it DOES look good under my window
so i'm a lil vindicated and tomorrow i get to put together another shelf but thats okay because i had fun putting this one together for about an hour.
justine had an impulse idea just now and she tested it (see below) and it worked so maybe those types of posts will exist at some point? could tell a lil story or whatever!

So it's been a while since I've done stuff with this site! I've been real busy moving in early 2025 and have been settling. I think it could be better, but
I can't complain too much (but I will anyways). It's a bit of a culture shock moving from California to Missouri, and mostly in a
bad way. But! Good news! I'm employed! I have a nice cushy office job as a programmer and I'm enjoying it. It uses my degree pretty well so I feel satisfied
in that. I'm still living with my folks which isn't ideal for my mental health, but its very ideal for my wallet! So that's okay and I can live with it for
now. I've procrastinated on updating this page for quite a while just because I've been struggling with the concept of
